EconPulse provides a daily digest of economics news articles, analysed by artificial intelligence and mapped to A-Level examination specifications (AQA, Edexcel, OCR). The Service includes a web application and an optional email digest.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

EconPulse uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude) to analyse news articles, generate summaries, and map content to curriculum topics. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated analysis is not a substitute for revision, teaching, or independent study. It is a supplementary resource.
• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We make no guarantee of content accuracy.
• Curriculum mappings are approximate and should be verified against your exam board's official specification.
• EconPulse does not guarantee any particular exam outcomes. Your results depend on your own study, preparation, and performance.

4. No Guarantee of Exam Outcomes

EconPulse is an educational supplement designed to help you engage with current economic events. We do not guarantee that using the Service will improve your exam grades, and we accept no liability for exam performance. Always follow your teacher's guidance and your exam board's official resources as your primary study materials.

5. Acceptable Use

When using EconPulse, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or computer systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond normal use, without prior written consent.
• Redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit our content without permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
• Create multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing free tier limitations.

The EconPulse name, logo, website design, and AI-generated analyses are the intellectual property of EconPulse or its licensors. You may:

• Read and use digest content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
• Share individual article summaries with classmates or teachers, provided you attribute EconPulse as the source.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service's content for commercial purposes.
• Use our branding, logos, or trademarks without prior written consent.

News articles linked or referenced in digests remain the intellectual property of their respective publishers. EconPulse provides summaries and analysis under fair dealing provisions for the purpose of education and review.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide the Service reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EconPulse and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, reliance on AI-generated content, exam outcomes, or service interruptions.
